The Mysterious Journey of WAKING UP in a changing world.

“The secret of change is to focus all of your energy  not on fighting the old, but building the new.” ~   Socrates

The worldwide impact of the Coronavirus has presented us all with new constraints, increased isolation, and amplified fears. Ironically, the bright side is that this pandemic has shed light on how important it is to find our purpose and to plan for the future with clarity. Now, more than ever, comes the question, “How do you want to live your life?”

TranslationClass offers a practical tool to help you become a Self-Directed Individual rather than an impulsive reactor. We do NOT heal, alter or change anything in the outer world. Instead we work with altering or changing OUR Consciousness. You learn that your True Identity is Consciousness and this innate identity knows HOW to live more joyfully, truthfully and more compassionately.

Course Description

TRANSLATION – A Conversation in heaven between you and your thoughts!

It is time to WAKE UP and realize we are living on the threshold of a NEW LIFE. In this class we will explore how our beliefs, choices and prejudices construct our daily life. We’ll stretch our minds to begin to understand that our True Identity is Consciousness. And we’ll use the same reasoning process we always use to discover that the ever present, invisible Truth has already arrived; is here now back, behind or beneath our problems.

We face HUGE PROBLEMS today. In this class we will explore in depth how we can and must face the huge problems today (COVID19, racism, sexism, poverty, climate change, plastic in the ocean, animal extinction, war and more). We will look at how false beliefs play into these problems. We will come to understand that we are all connected. We are not separate. With Consciousness as our true identity, we have the ability to thoughtfully engage our problems as gateways and to live in the natural law of the universe which is LOVE, cohesion, unity, ONENESS.

We live in a “word-built world”. In this class you will learn a tool to examine your own words thoughtfully. Words are how you describe your thoughts, feelings, beliefs. Words are how you describe the world around you. You use words to describe your personal talents, abilities, problems, hopes and dreams. Your daily life flows from your conclusions. When Truthful conclusions are the basis of your thinking – you experience LIFE as an orderly expression of your True Identity. ESSENTIALLY this Translation class gives you access to the unlimited, ever present, consciousness that we all are. One Infinite Mind or consciousness in-forms, energizes and expresses through all life from flower to animal to human. Translation is a tool of awakening to the One Infinite Mind that lives in us all.

The Prosperos School of Ontology was founded in 1956 by Thane Walker. It’s mission statement is “To make Spiritual Truth an effective Force for ordered freedom and COMMON GOOD.” Thane Walker created the Translation Class following his experience in Germany in 1938. Prosperos High Watch Mentors have been teaching this class to thousands of people for over 60 years. A variety of workshops and group activities are available after class at very reasonable rates for all students.

About your Instructor

Heather was certified as a Prosperos High Watch Mentor in 1978. She has been personally practicing TRANSLATION for 50 years. The Prosperos tools of Translation and Releasing the Hidden Splendour have empowered her to GIVE UP many old problems FOR the deeper TRUTH that is back and behind the problems. She is dedicating the rest of her life to help others learn to TRANSLATE their problems – to discover the deeper TRUTH, and to celebrate and utilize their unique gifts.

It was through her 18 years of experience teaching ART and Special Education for middle school students that Heather learned to appreciate and apply the real meaning of education: To draw forth from within the individual that which is inherent and awaiting release.

It was through her 15 years of working with Louise Hay’s International Teacher Training that Heather realized the truth that the Power of LOVE is Essential in transforming the self.

It was through her 5 years working as an Artist Apprentice for Jan Valentin Saether that Heather learned what to look for in order to draw (not just accurately, but truthfully) what she was observing.

The best investment I made in my life is to invest my heart and soul and life in practicing The Teaching. The Teaching is ancient. It is the pathway to understanding that back and behind the world of time, space and change is…Emptiness, as Buddhism says; Or Nothingness, as Leonardo Da Vinci said “The greatest thing is nothingness”; Or “Back and behind the universe of time, space and change is a fundamental Reality that is whole, complete and perfect” as The Prosperos says.

Heather authored the book, Drawing as a Sacred Activity (published in 2002 by New World Library). She  continues to offer new episodes of her Podcast: Seeing With New Eyes.  All her work (teaching Prosperos classes and drawing classes, creating paintings and drawings) is focused on helping people find their power and put their wisdom into action.

We Need to Stop Nodding Our Heads

We Need to Stop Nodding Our Heads

A long time ago, an editor of a newsletter I wrote, told me to give her solutions, not the problem. Most Americans are aware of the problems. I see so many of us sitting around nodding our heads in agreement. We keep talking about the problem. Perhaps it is the way we parse ideas and problems seeking solutions. These mini brain storming sessions can give rise to great ideas and insights, but like anything else, without a way to use and implement an idea nothing ever happens.

Deep systemic problems in culture seem overwhelming. Racism occurs at so many levels in our consciousness that it infects our actions, thinking, and judgments in ways we are blind to. Our unconscious is linked to everyone else’s in the world. Scientist in the early 20th Century were able to prove the connection between all life. Einstein, Carl Jung, and Freud were all able to show how our unconscious was linked to our actions and others. It has been my experience that when this is understood we have the chance to undo some of the miseducation, false information, and pain we carry in the unconsciousness.

There is a lot of talk right now about the need for forgiveness. Forgiveness does not allow a person to forget. And in there lies the difficulty with forgiveness. Until we can see a past hurt differently, experience a sense of being released from the state of consciousness that keeps us locked in the memory, we will keep festering the memory of pain, and confusion.  Nelson Mandela when asked if he hated those who kept him locked in jail, made the statement, to paraphrase, I forgave them, because not to do so would keep me incarcerated in my mind.

To forgive or get over our racism we must forgive and accept in a whole new way.

To rid our country and planet of racism we must take small steps, one at a time. Like a pebble thrown in a pool creating waves to the edge, so does our work create a wave throughout universal consciousness. One ounce, one dab of understanding and rethinking our internal racism on all levels helps the whole of humanity. One small step at a time can be corrected our racism attitudes.

To start the transformation, we must look at the science behind race. ‘Race’ and ‘ethnicity’ have been and continue to be used as ways to describe human diversity,” said Nina Jablonski, an anthropologist and palaeobiologist at The Pennsylvania State University, who is known for her research into the evolution of human skin color. “Race is often perceived as something that’s inherent in our biology, and therefore inherited across generations. Ethnicity, on the other hand, is typically understood as something we acquire, or self-ascribe, based on factors like where we live or the culture we share with others.”

Racism then becomes an intolerance of others because of what appears to an individual as different or threatening in some manner. In the 1700s Science started to try to understand the differences in individuals. They immediately went to appearance as a difference. In the late 20th Century when science began to really delve into genetics something astounding appeared.

They found that there were more genetic differences in one colored skin group, than between apparent “races.”  In plain language there are more genetic differences in white skin than between, black, Asian, and white skin. This is because the genetic code for skin developed over the years as different populations were exposed to the sun. The reasoning of the 1700 scientist lead the world to think that skin color and ethnic behavior was biologically seated in people. This in history then lead to the conclusion that some people were superior to others. There are no real genetic differences between any so-called racial groups. There is nothing in our genomes that clearly divides individuals along well-defined racial lines.

Race and ethnicity are irrevocably intertwined. When African immigrants come into the United States, they are no longer are Kenyan, or Nigerian, but they become black, which allows race to lurk in the background. Ethnic and Racial categories are social and cultural constructs, a human invention and nothing to do with object reality.

As we discuss racism let’s look and see if when It comes to racism if we are still thinking the world is flat. All of humanity is hurt by racism. It divides us, brings about destruction of our planet, and kills the future for all of the children yet to be born. Racism blocks the answers we seek. It blocks the longing we have to include life. It blocks the very core of human spirit. When we are prejudice, we miss the Einstein’s, or Jona Salk who invented the polio vaccine. It distorts things, puts a veil over our eyes…  Racism is a veiled term produced by those who do not understand.

More later on how forgiveness can help rid your consciousness of prejudices.

A Small Rant on Racism and Justice

There are many views of defense in our court system. There are those who feel that legal defense should be to free a person NO matter if they are quilty or innocent. There are those who feel that a defense attorney’s job is to make sure that the punishment is not greater than the law asks for. The theory is if a person is guilty of a crime there should be punishment, but  all law has multiply ways of being interpreted.

To me, to defend a person doesn’t necessarily mean to make sure they are found NOT guilty. It means to defend their rights and the true meaning of law.

In civilized society there is a general morality and ethical standard of NOT killing, maiming, and refusing to help those in dire need. Our legal system in a democracy should be more than just about killing, maiming etc. To allow those who stand by and do nothing to save an individual crying for their life, puts us in the same categories as the terrorist who slit throats on camera.

Our Courts have allowed large companies to kill, maim, and starve millions of individuals across the country for the same reasoning. Rarely does a marginalized person in any circumstance in USA courts have the right that is represented by the symbolic fat cat white male does.

History in our courts tell us that the upcoming trial of  Derek Chauvin for the charge of 2nd degree murder will be more about finding George Floyd guilty, than insuring the law against such a crime of 2nd degree murder is enacted and decided on.

Already, attorneys hired for the defenses of those involved in George Floyd’s murder are gearing up to dispute facts, and the apparent lack of human morality. Racism of all kinds kills morality, defends lawlessness, and destroys democracy.

Racism has infected almost every aspect of democracy in the USA. And if we are to believe the protesters across the world most other democracies. As leaders, we the people of the USA, have fallen short of our ethical and moral responsibility to show a path to a more human way of existence. A way of cooperation for the betterment of all. As a species we survive not because we are bigger, stronger, or richer, but because we cooperate with the changing physical and conscious world.

This is a watershed moment in history. A time when We the People, can change our world, inner and outer.  Our pledge of allegiance should be one that allows all to enjoy the right to live where there is happiness, fair treatment, the ability to grow equally, have clean air and water, food, health care, and enjoy fundamental safety of person and philosophy.

There are no quick and easy ways to rid ourselves of racism of all kinds. Long hard looks at how it infects the very core of existence for our children yet unborn, should be enough to move us to find answers. Racism is endemic in most cultures.

As a mother of male children, I can imagine, but not know, the horror and dread a mother of color must feel the minute her son closes the door of her home.  The young men that must ask themselves, am I next?

In countries where women have been allowed to take part in the highest level of government are these issues being really addressed. Perhaps it is the mother in them that feels the empathy. Unfortunately, too many of the mother’s have had to sell out sons to keep them safe in a male dominate society. Men have just as much ability to be empathic and mothering as women.

If you have a glimpse of an answer write me…
